The Australian National Maritime Museum (ANMM) hosts the International Wooden Boat Symposium from 9-10 February 2019, at the University of Tasmania’s Dechaineux Theatre in Hunter Street, Hobart. There’s an impressive line-up of speakers on subjects ranging from advanced nautical design to maritime history, boat restoration to traditional skills. All sessions are free to the public, but seating is limited.
