The next festival will run for four days, from Friday 5 February to Monday 8 February 2021. Tens of thousands of people are on the site at any one time, all of them interested in our display of more than 550 wooden boats. Then there are the boat owners themselves, always keen to see the latest and most interesting products. Together, these comprise one of the largest audiences in Australia for all things maritime, from products to services.
Sites are available in popular spots around the festival site and in the big shed - Princes Wharf No.1. PW1 also features historic boat displays, exhibitors and Trade Theatre, where you may make presentations or give product demonstrations, subject to availability. Theatre time is limited and will be allocated on first-come, first served basis. The building is securely closed overnight and subject to regular patrols
Your business can take advantage of this with a trading presence on the Festival site cost TBA by April 2020 for a standard 3m x 3m stall. Go large if you like – we'll give you a competitive quote on bigger sites subject to availability and location. Certain locations will attract a premium site loading. Your basic site fee includes stall/marquee, 1 x 15 amp power supply, light, trestle table and chairs. Other equipment is available at extra cost from reliable local suppliers. Note that if you wish to supply your own marquee/structure, it must comply with strict building codes and pass inspection.
Commercial Registrations for the 2023 Festival will open in mid-2022.
