You'll find it spread across the whole site, from Hunter Street to Princes Wharf.  From ocean-fresh seafood to crisp wood-fired pizzas, exotic Asian delicacies to tasty grilled meats, there's enough variety to please everyone and you won't walk far to find it. Stroll along Franklin Wharf for fresh fish and chips, tasty Swiss roesti, spicy empanadas and top quality coffee.

There's more choice at Hobart's famous Fish Punts, Mures Tasmania and Fish Frenzy among dozens of waterfront cafes and restaurants.  There's excellent Valhalla ice cream available across the Festival site and even more choices in and around Princes Wharf One.

Would a cold drink hit the spot? No problem; we have a great range of Tasmanian fresh fruit juices, soft drinks and waters, and of course a nice glass of Tasmanian wine is not out of the question.  Visit the Waterside Tavern for a brilliant range of Tassie libations, including ciders and craft beers, fine wines and celebrated Tasmanian whiskies.
