| GENERAL INFORMATION | BOAT REGISTRATIONS |
Once every two years,
it’s a rare opportunity to meet old friends, make new ones,
catch up on current trends in the world of wooden boats, spend
some enjoyable hours looking at the many craft on display and
simply be part of Australia’s most scenic, authentic and
intimate maritime celebration.

The Festival welcomes wooden boats of all shapes and sizes. From Tall Ships to model boats. Boats driven by steam, by sail, by oar and by engine all take their place ashore or afloat. A registration fee is charged and boat owners receive a Festival flag, a plaque and a Festival poster as well as their place on the water or ashore.
If you are bringing your boat by road to Tasmania please note that Quarantine Tasmania has strict quarantine requirements that will be enforced. For further details see the attached checklist.
Boat owners are advised that boat registrations for the 2013 MyState Financial Australian Wooden Boat Festival will open in April 2012 .
